Kawazoe Juraku 川添寿楽 - the modern potter who lives in Kyoto. Kawazoe-san was graduated in 1975 from the Kyoto prefecture Pottery School. His seal is stamped in the bottom of the bowl. He use Juraku (寿楽) stamp on his pieces.
